Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day B2B booking enquiriesReceive enquiries and convert leads from relevant country agents as requiredCommunicate with operations and marketing team proactively about what you need from them to achieve your goalsFollow due reservations process and ensure accurate input of informationTake ownership of the role and move it in the direction that facilitates overall growthWork with suppliers to ensure smooth operationsAttend travel trade shows (if relevant) and other industry functions as necessary to continually research & develop products and relationshipsAttend webinars, conferences, and other educational programsSuggest suitable travel options that best match clients' needsBook tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportationManage all financial aspects relating to booking procedureOffer and promote different services and offeringsExperience RequiredSpanish language skills an advantagePrevious experience of our destinations desirable but not essentialProven track record of delivering with detail orientation and accuracyProven track record of relationship management with industry peersTeam player who shares ideas and learning with othersProfessional with a sense of funExcellent ability to build and manage relationships with a wide variety of people and culturesComputer literateSalaryFrom 1,350.00€ per month
