In this position, you will be part of the Strategy and Major Collaborators team, where we are looking for a Senior Consultant for SME Strategy in the presential channel, an expert in sales strategy and presential channels to play a key role in the evolution of Repsol's multi-energy collaborators.To do this, you will actively participate in designing the strategy for Repsol's multi-energy presential channel for the SME segment, implementing new commercial models with a transversal vision of Repsol's commercial businesses, allowing us to evolve the sale of electricity, gas, and multi-energy solutions for our SME clients. The position requires teamwork in coordination with different areas, providing a 360-degree view of the Retail business as well as the other multi-energy solutions that Repsol offers its clients (Self-consumption, Electric Mobility, etc.) in the SME segment.Functions and ResponsibilitiesDesign the strategy for the development of Repsol's presential channel in the SME segment.Define the archetypes of the presential channel and compensation models for SMEs.Deploy a value proposition in the SME segment for multi-energy presential channels that includes: electricity, gas, LPG, self-consumption, electric mobility, etc.Propose, help drive, and validate initiatives that promote sales growth, reduce churn, and improve profitability in the SME segment.Optimize and improve the performance of current and new channels.Achieve the objectives of the SME segment from the strategy role in collaboration with other areas.Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.Medium-high level of English (B2).#J-18808-Ljbffr
