Daily attention to patients in their homes, consultations, or via telephone to provide various high services, equipment reviews, resolution of incidents, and withdrawal of equipment, ensuring personalized and specialized care, informing patients and their families while verifying their understanding of the information provided, according to the procedures of Grupo AL.Contact and schedule with the patient or their family for the service.Describe and instruct the patient/family/caregivers on the prescribed therapy, the equipment, and the disposable materials to be used, as well as safety, hygiene, and maintenance aspects related.Provide the patient and their families with educational, audiovisual, and/or therapy-related material, ensuring good understanding by the patient and/or caregiver.Daily attention to patients in their homes, at inspiration points, or telematically to provide various high services, incidents, equipment reviews, therapy follow-ups, re-supply of equipment or materials, withdrawal of equipment, and therapy discharges, ensuring personalized and specialized care according to the detailed action protocols of the Air Liquide group for each operation, which are mandatory compliance.Notify the therapeutic compliance, detected anomalies, withdrawals, and breakdowns of the equipment to the corresponding responsible person (Care Coordinator, Operations Manager, and Administrative Staff).Compliance with the rules for using work tools.Compliance with current work procedures.Use of the equipment and systems associated with the position for the execution and coordination of tasks.Are you a MATCH?
