This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, managing office resources, coordinating communication, and supporting the overall functionality of the organisation. The Office Manager serves as a central point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors and contributes to creating a productive and positive work atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesUpper Management Assistance:Provide administrative support to the CEO and the board of directors, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling sensitive information.Assist the CEO in composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.Create presentations and reports for the Board of Directors.Communication and Coordination:Facilitate internal and external corporate communication, ensuring information is shared timely and effectively.Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by organising corporate events: meetings, after works, team buildings, and employee celebrations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional communication and coordination.Financial Management:Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking related to office operations.Process bookings, travel expenses, invoices, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.Monitor and manage office-related costs to optimise spending.Administrative Support:Manage and support all office-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer service standards.Identify opportunities for implementing office policies and procedures to optimise workflow and efficiency.Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the team.Coordinate catering services for various meetings, including the arrangement of beverages, luncheons, dinners, and other culinary provisions as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
