The Evidence Generation Operations Manager will provide technical, operational and program management expertise in the development and implementation of the evidence generation programs in the context of the Integrated Evidence Generation Planning (IEGP).
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory leads providing designing, conceptualizing, operational planning, risk management and resource planning expertise at evidence generation program level.Provide technical support to the team of Evidence Generation Program Leads (EPLs), sharing experience and standard procedures.Ensure risk mitigation and contingency plans are developed for key activities.Support the EPL Team in establishing links and communication channels with all relevant partners involved in clinical research related activities.Ensure publication plans are properly developed and implemented by the EPLs in collaboration with activity owners.Collaborate with finance to run budget planning, tracking, and reporting in accordance with finance reporting cycles.QualificationsEducation: BA/BS degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field required.
An advanced degree preferred (MSc, PhD, etc.
).
Experience and Skills: Required: 3-5 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, research, CRO or similar environments.Proven leadership skills and ability to lead diversified teams and stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team.Highly motivated individual with proven analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred: Previous experience in Epidemiology, Health Outcome Research or related field.
