Events, tourism and administration assistant in an events company in Barcelona, SpainOur collaborator is a young and dynamic B2C company that allows customers to experience the amazing city of Barcelona. This company organizes parties and events and they are currently seeking 2 students to join their team, who are enthusiastic, willing and passionate to enjoy the great city of Barcelona and explore its social life.
Tasks: Managing social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc)Managing marketing campaigns for the hostelsManaging the booking and tracking of customersAssisting in the office (administrative and events tasks)Requirements: Good level of EnglishBasic SpanishPositive and proactive, good decision-making skillsOffice knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)Previous experience handling marketing campaigns would be a plusPrevious experience as an assistant would be a plusKnowledge of HTML and Photoshop would be a plusWorking hours: from 12 to 6 pm, 5 days a week (Thursday - Monday or Saturday - Wednesday)
