What You'll Do:Take charge of large-scale event planning: manage risk, develop scopes, allocate resources, and track milestones.Act as the main point of contact, liaising with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain real-time project tracking, document updates, and integrate stakeholder feedback.Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage staffing, ticketing, and planning for regional summits.Create and distribute internal communications to keep stakeholders informed. What We're Looking For:5+ years in Project Management, ideally within event planning and management.Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with global teams.Excellent communication skills in English (native/proficient level).Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for building scalable, efficient processes.
