ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute event strategies in collaboration with the Head of Employer Branding and lead a global event strategy with measurable goals. Oversee end-to-end logistics for a variety of events, ensuring flawless execution aligned with our objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and people teams to integrate event goals with broader company initiatives.Manage conference teams oversee booth operations, and create engaging activities to enhance brand visibility and attract talent. Negotiate with vendors and manage budgets to deliver cost-effective events that meet strategic goals.Organize local meetups in Barcelona, Amsterdam, and other locations, including hiring events, to boost community engagement and recruitment.Identify and coach brand ambassadors, preparing them as compelling presenters to elevate Manychat's presence.Launch internal knowledge-sharing initiatives (tech Talks) to foster a speaking culture and expertise-sharing within the organization.QualificationsSignificant experience in event management, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, preferably in IT companies.Experience in organizing tech events, understanding the specifics of tech audiences.Strong vendor negotiation skills and experience in budget management.Proven ability to build IT engineering community relationships and develop brand ambassadors.Experience measuring event impact and presenting insights to stakeholders.WHAT WE OFFERA 6-month contract with the potential transition into a full-time role if it's the right fit for both of us.Flexible work-life balance with the option to join us in the office whenever it suits you.
