This small and effective 4-person team supports our client-facing events in all 24 EMEA locations (including launching new locations), runs large employee facing events, and organizes Plug and Play's presence at large corporate events and startup events.You will be based in our EMEA headquarters in Valencia, Spain.You will travel frequently to our offices across the EMEA region.You will be responsible forPlan major client-facing events (such as EXPOs, Selection Day, New Location Launch Events, and community events) together with our teams across the EMEA region.Design the structure and agenda of the events.Research vendors (venues, catering, AV providers, decorators, photographers, videographers, etc.) and choose the best combination considering quality and cost.Research, invite and coordinate speakers (such as startups, keynote speakers, corporate representatives, and investors).Collaborate with mentors and plan group, one-on-one, or individual sessions for pitch polishing.Invitation management and attendee communication.Manage all event operations and logistics.Be responsible for schedule, budget, controlling and forecasting.Manage the look and feel of an event (branding, props, collateral designs, etc.) and prepare events material in collaboration with our PNPTC Marketing Team.Run post-event evaluations and create post-event reports.Events related relationship and stakeholder management.Plan major employee-facing events (such as the yearly EMEA All Hands).Design the structure and agenda of the events.Research vendors (venues, catering, AV providers, decorators, photographers, videographers, etc.) and choose the best combination considering quality and cost.Coordinate internal and external speakers.Invitation management and attendee communication.Manage all event operations and logistics.Be responsible for schedule, budget, controlling and forecasting.Manage the look and feel of an event (branding, props, collateral designs, etc.) and prepare events material in collaboration with our PNPTC Marketing Team.Run post-event evaluations and create post-event reports.Contributing actively to quality assurance and reporting of our events.Create and refine the "EMEA Internal Events Guide".Refine the "New Location Launch Guide".You will work closely withthe most disruptive and promising startups.the world's largest corporations.TOP VCs.innovation ecosystem leaders.our talented, diverse, and dynamic Plug and Play teams across all 24 EMEA locations in 17 countries
