FuncionesSecuritas Seguridad needs to incorporate an Event Security Operations Manager in Madrid:Functions: Enforce all client event processes and policies at all times using teams and tools provided.Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security or client initiatives.Utilize excellent customer service, customer relations, and communication skills in dealing with client employees, vendors, visitors, and contractors. Create and maintain an atmosphere that is responsive, courteous, and respectful; presents a professionalimage of Securitas and the Events team.Identify stakeholders and risks in accordance with each site and event needs.Create security operating plans and contingency planning.Responsible for ensuring all planning, coordination, and execution of security operations for client events are completed by Event Coordinators. Maintain an open line of communication with Security Stakeholders and Event Coordinators for ongoing questions regarding procedures and processes.Responsible for meeting all security staffing requirements based on each event's specific needs. Manage and brief security staffing on event posts and sites.Update and maintain daily logs and track event metrics utilizing Smartsheets, Quip, Microsoft Office, and Google Office.Carry out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned event.Work closely with the Scheduling and Finance departments to fulfill the security staffing and event invoicing requirements. Review and submit all invoices to clients directly.Maintain documentation and follow standardized procedures.Requisitos Estudios mínimos: Ciclo Formativo Grado SuperiorExperiencia mínima: Al menos 2 añosIdiomas requeridos: Inglés - Nivel AvanzadoRequisitos mínimos: Knowledge: Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; Strong general IT ability.Experience: 2 years of security, customer service, event or hospitality experience.Others: Valid driver's license.
