ABOUT THE JOB
- Research and identify potential opportunities to purchase tickets for upcoming sports and music events across Europe and the United Kingdom.
- Complete daily tasks including event building, event checking, pre/post-event reporting, ticket requests, and other customer service inquiries.
- Take a proactive role in the strategic acquisition of ticket inventory.
- Take ownership and accountability of individual events, managing the inventory of the event from the time of acquiring inventory all the way through until the completion of the event.
- Monitor and manage ticket inventory levels to prevent overstock or undersupply.
- Compile monthly and quarterly sales reporting.
- Work in a collaborative team of Event Managers, collectively supporting each other in making informed decisions and contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
- Provide updates on the status, inventory position, and progress of your events through both in-person meetings and written communication.
- Collaborate across departments, including Customer Services, Fulfillment, and Sales teams, to ensure the effective management of the post-sale aspects of your events.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience working in operational ticketing.
- Knowledge of major sporting events, concerts, and entertainment venues around Europe.
- Excel in comprehending and leveraging the core principles of supply and demand, employing this expertise to make well-informed decisions within a dynamic marketplace.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced industry and have the capacity to work under pressure.
- Comfortable working with automation software and embrace the integration of technological advancements to enhance everyday processes.
- Display a genuine passion for major sporting events, live entertainment, and venues across Europe and the UK.
- Advanced C1 level of English is required.
- Attention to detail and follow processes as instructed.
- Flexible working hours to meet conflicting deadlines.
