KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: BB & EVENT MANAGER - PCS TEAM:Responsible for Black Book clients, event management and operational delivery for HNW Private Client guests: planning, execution and organization skills with strategic analysis, PR and guest-facing capacities and local networking knowhow.Manage event partners and suppliers. Working closely with PCS Team on administration of supplier setups, contracts, insurance, PO/invoices and management of costs within budgets.Liaise with HNW Private Client teams to secure event briefs, budget approvals and all pertinent event necessities at all stages of the event cycle (pre-planning, event delivery, post-event analysis).Work with retail and the brands on delivering specific brand-led events.Create onsite event schedules (time and action), contact sheets, guest lists, checklists for deliveries and ongoing task sheets with up-to-date deadlines for team use.Support event research & programming (i.e. ensure global social events clash diary is updated).Ensure the events calendar is up to date, facilitating visibility for Hospitality, Marketing and Retail leads.Custodian of the Black Book:Acquire a deep understanding of HNW Profile Categories, Countries, Spending power, Visits, Age, etc. Keep data up to date.Identify, create, develop & manage key relationships with HNW guests. Grow, Deepen & Retain - ensure first-time trial, repeat visitation and build long-term guest loyalty to drive incremental sales & SPV from guests.Create flagship guest experiences to attract global HNW guests, high spenders and world-class brands: generate exciting new ideas, channels and initiatives to continue to engage and acquire Private Client guests.Support sales strategy, marketing plan and execution plan.Daily management of ambassadors: follow up visits, specific communications, PO's and invoicing.Work closely with Marketing on invitations/advertising/promotional/etc. to raise awareness of the village in all events (e.g. fashion shows, etc.) and/or individual meetings with high-profile individuals.Work with the Hospitality team to enhance the experience in each of the guest journey touchpoints to ensure the perfect execution of PSC activities.
