Every Thursday, we host over 1000 strangers in 200+ restaurants across 60 cities in 14 countries. As we expand our reach, we're inviting dynamic individuals to join us on this journey. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? UD is on a mission to fight urban loneliness, one dinner at a time. Following our explosive growth in 12 countries over the past 10 weeks, including New York, we are now targeting Europe. We're looking for a dynamic person based in Europe, with a strong knowledge of the country and its culture, as well as the agility to make Wednesday evenings unforgettable. Your mission will be: Experience Management: Lead partnerships with top restaurants, ensuring that every Thursday night turns into a memorable dining experience for over 1,000 strangers each night in the first month. Support our customer: Resolve customer queries to ensure smooth operations of Thursday night dinner and throughout the week by answering queries and being helpful. Growth and influence: Collaborate with influencers and the growth team to amplify our reach and solidify our brand through creative campaigns. Partnership and communication: Enhance UD's visibility through media relations, curated newsletters, and strategic brand collaborations. Budget management: Use your allocated budget to engage influencers, create brand experiences, and recruit freelancers, growing the number of weekly participants. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? REQUIREMENTS An easygoing person who likes to meet new people, knows all the good places in town, and spends more time outdoors than at home. Mandatory: You need to be willing to make things happen. Bonus: if you know a bit about Jira, Zendesk, Meta Business, or Figma. You must have a good understanding and ideally practical experience of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, or in influence marketing. You must know how to manage a business plan and be good with the Google Sheets tool. INTERVIEW PROCESS? Read this ad properly to make sure you meet the criteria.
