Pomilio Blumm, a leading pan-European agency in public communication on an international scale, is looking for a talented and dynamic Event and Project coordinator to join our team based in Alicante, Spain.Responsibilities of the Event and Project coordinator:Lead client projects of varying degrees of complexity and volume; Map and implement a calendar of virtual, hybrid and in-person events; Leverage best practices and integrate client-specific requirements and operating environments; Create and lead logistics and production teams; Create and reconcile project budgets; Manage project timelinesand contract negotiations.Characteristics of the Event and Project coordinator:Professional experience in events management and in various aspects of event logistics, such as scouting and negotiation with suppliers (worldwide), reserving facilities and equipment for meetings, catering, interpreting and technical support in event logistics, recruitment and finance; Experience in budgeting,reporting and cost management; Experience in managing subcontractors and supervising junior staff responsible for coordinating logistics activities; English and Spanish level C1/2 and Italian (at least B2) is desirable; Good experience in EU projects and with international institutions and/or public administrations; Ability to carry out numerous tasks and to prioritise the workload; Flexibility to travel outside Spain when required.We offer a contract commensurate with experience.If you see yourself in this position, do not hesitate to apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
