Job Category:Human ResourcesJob Family:HRJob Description:Lead and participate in the efforts of human resource configuration, automation, support, and the daily flow of HR information, including data loads, data storage and retrieval, and standard and ad hoc report generation for the company utilizing HR software programs.
Serve as a liaison with contracted vendors and Information Services staff to resolve programming and related problems.
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
The position is familiar with a variety of the HRIS field's concepts, practices, and procedures in order to support all areas of HR.Role Responsibilities:Execute the implementation of software solutions through actively leading cross functional teams to determine requirements, review and modify processes as well as assure adequate systems knowledge is gained by users.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and modernize systems.
Provide HRSS support to other business areas that use HR data in their systems and reporting.Maintain and support software as it relates to HR (Workday HCM, UKG/Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, etc.).
Establish and refine requirements for software application and use, including security parameters.Develop and execute testing to ensure successful software patches and upgrades/updates.Create accurate reports and files in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.Maintain HRIS by means of uploading or downloading data and system mass changes.
Establish methodologies to streamline data management processes.Is viewed as a knowledge expert by system users within HRSS.Assist users with software application questions as well as provides on-going training and "tips" to allow users to be more effective within the HR data base.Responsible for administration of HR processes as they relate to HRIS (e.g.
: annual compensation processes, benefits and retirement plans, learning, recruiting, and government reporting.
)Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements.Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups.
Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met.Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.Key Ingredients:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, Business, Computer Science, Project Management.
Working knowledge of Kronos, Workday, Oracle, or other database software and applications, as well as report writing tools.3-5 years of experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions is preferred3-5 years of experience with Workday HCM is preferredStrong experience configuring and supporting UKG Kronos Workforce Central and/or Dimensions, configurations such as pay rule and timecard configuration and scheduling configuration.Ability to work independently and in collaborative settingsStrong organizational and analytical skills, excellent attention to detailIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to utilize cause and effect process thinking and other problem solving techniquesAbility to listen to and understand customer requirements, translating them to technical requirementsAbility to assist in the recommendation of new software/processes in support of human resources objectives.Ability to handle confidential information with high level of integrityProject management skills desiredDesire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunitiesMust have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positionsAbility to travel up to 5%We're looking for great people who bring to life a culture of caring, partnership and customer commitment.
