Objectives of this RoleProvide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.Coordinate our accounting team and local advisors onshore in order to elaborate monthly financial statements.Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, upholding federal, state, and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable about existing, new, and future legislation.Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.Daily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.In conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards monthly and annually.Oversee and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.Elaboration of consolidated financial statements on a monthly and yearly end basis.Monthly elaboration of consolidated management accounts, based on financial statements and management KPIs.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.5+ years of proven accounting experience, preferable as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.Working knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (PGC, Spanish GAAP).Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.Advanced English level, both oral and written.Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis.Strong skills in excel/google spreadsheets.Work conditionsSalary: 25 - 30 k SBA.Contract: Open-ended (permanent) contract with 6 months of probation.Job type: Full-time.Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (flexible schedule).Work modality: Hybrid.Application Questions¿Cuántos años tienes de experiência en el área contable y financiera?¿Tienes experiência en la supervisión de equipos y/o áreas contables en el rol de controlador y/o analista financiero senior?¿Tienes conocimiento práctico de la legislación financiera y de las normas reglamentarias (PGC, GAAP españoles)?¿Tienes conocimiento sólido respecto a procesos económicos y bancarios?¿Tienes sólidos conocimientos en el análisis de datos financieros detallados?¿Tienes conocimientos sólidos en el manejo de hojas de cálculo excel/google?¿Cual es tu nível de inglés según el marco común europeo (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 o C2)?¿Se ajusta tu aspiración salarial a nuestra propuesta?El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/115929679/ev375-accounting-controller-valencia/?utm_source=html #J-18808-Ljbffr
