These support sessions typically focus on mental health concerns and can be adapted to suit the skillset of the team member e.g. cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness based stress reduction, acceptance and commitment techniques, psychological coaching etc.Regularly offer group coaching sessions on a variety of topics that fall under your skills and knowledge e.g. coping with stress, detecting warning signs, mindfulness, movement, team cohesion.Design and/or deliver psycho-educational training sessions to new hires, team managers or other employees to improve knowledge of the program itself, on how to successfully manage wellbeing in others, and/or on self-management for health and wellbeing topics.Be ready to - on occasion - handle emergency situations or high-risk situations, whereby an individual requires urgent attention and support to ensure stability until specialist services are utilized, and/or the employee has stabilized. This would include documentation of the incident in accordance with confidentiality and ethical compliance.Be visible to employees, to generate trust and build relationships that encourage engagement in departmental activities (e.g. support sessions, interventions and initiatives), with floor walking, ad hoc conversations etc.Ad hoc activities such as team meetings, supporting the Global Director of Wellbeing and colleagues with implementing strategic requirements, training, reporting, recruitment, creating presentations, designing and implementing innovative activities to keep things fresh on a monthly basis, input to process and policy etc.We are looking for: Master degree in an area of mental health, social work, psychology or related discipline.Excellent communication with very good written and spoken English skillsExperience in communications and engagement approachesMinimum of three years supervised client/patient facing clinical experience, during which time they provided 1:1 care, plus designed and delivered group-based sessions. The three years can include supervised practice as part of a post-graduate degree, and be evidenced/logged.Membership or practitioner status with either: the government agency that regulates their practice; or the regulatory professional association/body within their country of practice.Continues to complete the required continuing professional development (CPD) necessary to maintain good standing within their professional society/association and can evidence this.
