Job Description
Lead & Report the RGM program across the European region in coordination with the different BUs.
Create and roll out the RGM framework & tools that enable a consistent reading across Europe: Lead the Pricing Board for Europe - creating key pricing policies, identifying and curating key 3Net/5Net corridors across the region & identifying critical pricing opportunities.
Mix: Helping countries to identify and impulse key portfolio opportunities by channel and client.
Promo: Helping countries to optimize promotional investments by category and channel and creating key rules for promo investment.
Trade Terms: Identification of Trade terms risks and opportunities across Europe & strategy development.
Lead the fuel reallocation at European Level (BU, category and customer) discussion in the Region.
Foster a continuous improvement & sharing of Best Practices amongst the different countries.
Support the International Negotiations team with the pricing analysis.
Team: Finance RGM controlling dotted line, BU's RGMs dotted line.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading successful RGM programs at a regional or global level.
Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly desirable also in trade marketing departments.
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.
Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
High English level (C1 at least).
