Hi visibility strategic roleLeading FMCG companyAbout Our ClientGrowing European FMCG companyJob DescriptionCreate & Lead the RGM framework & tools roadmap that enables BU's to maximize RGM usage :Lead the Pricing Board for Europe - creating key pricing policies, identifying and curating key 3Net/5Net corridors across the region & identifying critical pricing opportunitiesMix: Helping countries to identify and impulse key portfolio opportunities by channel and clientPromo: Helping countries to optimize promotional investments by category and channel and creating key rules for promo investmentTrade Terms: Identification of Trade terms risks and opportunities across Europe & strategy development.Impulse discussion & the resources reallocation at European Level (BU, category and customer)Foster a continuous improvement & sharing of Best Practices amongst the different countries.Team:Finance RGM controlling dotted lineBU's RGMs dotted lineThe Successful ApplicantStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategiesExcellent leadership and team management skills, and proven leadership by influenceStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholdersStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvementHigh English level (C1 at least)Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field. Proven track record of leading successful RGM programs at a regional or global level.Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable also in trade marketing departments.Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization.What's on OfferHigh exposure key roleTravelling 20%Competitive salary package#J-18808-Ljbffr
