FUNCTIONS: Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive plans and schedules for multiple projects, ensuring that timelines and milestones are aligned across all projects to meet overall objectives and deadlines.
Resource Allocation: Participate in the effective allocation of resources, including personnel, spaces and materials, to ensure projects efficiency and timely completion.
Budget Management: Manage and control the budgets, ensuring that each project stays within financial constraints while optimizing costs and maximizing resource efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks across projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines, budgets and outcomes.
Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and supporting contract negotiations when necessary.
