Your mission: In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and transforming procurement in Insights across Europe.
You will partner with the European Insights lead and other key stakeholders.
This involves executing the category strategy to gain competitive advantage and identify the most cost-efficient solutions for all Business Units.
You will spearhead pan-European negotiations for the renewal of key partners' contracts, leveraging our sector-wide scale to secure favorable market conditions.
Furthermore, you will cultivate strong cross-functional and cross-geography relationships to ensure year-on-year productivity gains and the successful achievement of strategic objectives for relevant business functions.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day with us: Develop and lead the negotiation strategy for the key European strategic suppliers to maximize value for the Business Units.Execute the category strategy to ensure sustainable improvements regarding cost, quality, service, and innovation, in collaboration with key European and local senior stakeholders.Work closely with sector and key regional stakeholders within the Insights function to ensure a deep understanding of functional needs.Build sustainable supplier partnership relationships with key suppliers and lead supplier performance and contract compliance.Develop and roll out productivity capture and reporting guidelines across the Insights organization in Europe.Partner as one team with Krakow Capability Center to ensure optimal collaboration and define buying channel and fuel tactical/local sourcing productivity pipeline.Understand key cost drivers and best practices to shape the Insights sourcing strategy.QualificationsWhat will you need to succeed? Proven track record in leading Procurement category in a complex global environment, preferably within the FMCG industry.Highly effective interpersonal skills – excellent negotiator and strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.Strong Europe-wide supplier relationship management: implementing & managing service level agreements, quarterly business reviews, KPI performance dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver year-on-year value (quality, service, and cost).High level of business acumen:Strong grasp of general business economics and key cost & quality drivers.Strong analytical & financial skills.Ability to translate complex situations into simple messages.Building trusting relationships and influence, drive change, and work through ambiguity.Results and action-oriented – comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets.Excellent language skills – English essential, both verbal and written.Don't worry if your experience isn't a perfect match - if you're excited about the role, we'd love to hear from you!
