With six locations in Madrid, Rome, Barcelona, Budapest, Vienna, and now Copenhagen, we are rapidly expanding, so you'll find IKONO in the heart of major cities across Europe (and beyond).YOUR MISSIONThe mission of the General Accountant is to ensure the accurate and efficient management of financial transactions and records, supporting the organization's financial health through meticulous processing, recording, and reporting of financial activities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPerform billing, sales recording, and invoice issuance tasks.Manage and archive sales documentation.Supervise issued invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.Process and record supplier invoices and employee expense reports.Prepare payment lists for the treasury department.Accurately enter and maintain all accounting records and ledgers.Reconcile bank positions and intercompany accounts.Provide documentation and support for audit procedures.Collaborate with administration and store managers for accurate accounting control.Develop and maintain a filing and document management system.YOU BRING2-3 years of experience in accounting positions.Excellent mathematical and advanced Excel skills.Fluent in English and Spanish is a must (C1 level required, other European languages are a plus).Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.WHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.Structured and organized person capable of working in a challenging environment.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and focus on attention to detail.A proactive, positive, and confident attitude will make a difference.Positive can-do attitude, you radiate good energy in communication.You're resilient and eager to learn and grow professionally and stay motivated to succeed!WE OFFERA full-time position in our international growing team.
