The Regional End User Computing Competency Leader is accountable for ensuring delivery of the overall
End User Compute processes and solutions to the DuPont sites in the NA region. The individual will manage processes to ensure resolution of end user problems is being driven and providing the appropriate level of issue escalation as needed. Ensure adherence to IT standards and incident and problem management processes are being followed in EUC delivery.
Engage stakeholders to align service level and business expectations regarding end user device, print, and mobile services. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of EUC service delivery, recommending changes in processes/procedures and controls for problem prevention. Collaborate with enterprise EUC and Technology Solutions resources to understand needs and requirements and to provide recommendations and improvements to processes, projects and leveraged services.
Meet regularly with global and regional EUC teams to share knowledge, highlight opportunities for improvement, and for awareness of upcoming changes. Ensure that IT EUC standards are being followed in the region and drive compliance with information security policies. Your key responsibilities:Responsible for regional EUC IT Service delivery management including end user device, print, and mobile device procurement, servicing, management of the life cycle and asset tracking processes.
Establish, maintain and monitor service metrics and improvement processes in the region. Understanding of business needs regarding end user compute services. Constant collaboration with the EUC Solutions and Engineering teams to resolve issues with the standard image(s), application packaging and installation processes.
Execute project management processes -- planning and managing regional EUC projects, establishing personal and team timetables, delivery against deadlines and budgets. Ensure EUC IT standards and guidelines are followed in the region, including IT security policy, Intellectual Property protection and procurement standards. Be a focal point of expertise and advise for the regional site IT organization.
Manage the costs of the EUC services in the region (Actual vs Outlooks). Accountabilities:Efficient day-to-day EUC operations for the region. Efficiency, effectiveness and global alignment of EUC operational processes.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.5+ years' experience working in Information Technology focused on end user compute management or related competency. Effective interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills. Strong customer orientation.
Project management experience a plus. Proven skills and ability to work with people at all levels in the organization. Good communication skills with the ability to describe technical issues in simple terms.
Vendor management experience. Knowledge of IT operations. Work with global teams.
