• Good of JEE and REST or SOAP APIs.
• Excellent knowledge of at least one BPMN workflow engine.
• Good knowledge of asynchronous communication and publish/subscribe techniques and technologies: Apache Kafka, JMS.
• Excellent knowledge of integration testing best practices.
• Good knowledge of distributed or microservice architectures and complex event processing.
• Good knowledge in Web security, OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Participation in open source projects.
• Good writing skills: documentation is part of the tasks.
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment.
• Experience in a large enterprise-level multi-team project.
• Ability to produce IT architecture document about complex integration patterns.
• Ability to give technical presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards.
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design.
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
• Good knowledge of Relational DBMS.
• Excellent knowledge of business process analysis.
• Knowledge of the Commission procedures (in particular regarding proposal submission and participant registration) will be an asset.
• Proven experience in RUP methodology (preferably for Web based applications.
• Familiar/experienced with Developer 11g would be an advantage.
• Familiar/experienced with BPMN 2.0 standard would be an advantage.
• Familiar/experienced with activiti workflow engine would be an advantage.
• Familiar/experienced with WSP (WS-Security Policies) would be an advantage.
• Familiar/experienced with Oracle Service Bus 10.3 would be an advantage.
Specific expertise: JEE, Business Process Management, workflow patterns, microservice architectures and patterns, Domain Driven Design, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Complex event processing, API design and security.
