This is your chance, keep reading!A position is offered at the Proposals Development section, with the main objective of providing support to our R&I teams and partners in the elaboration of competitive tender bids devoted to fund CIRCE's (www.fcirce.es) strategic innovation lines at European, national and regional levels.Key responsibilities:Understanding CIRCE's and its partners' interests towards European, national and regional research and innovation funding opportunities.Identify and propose innovation projects in accordance to the different parties' interests.Analyse the public calls to which potential proposals are addressed, identifying the requirements to be met in order to participate with the greatest chances of success.Preparation of new project proposals based on these interests, building national and international consortia to meet the calls requirements.Coordination of all the partners and stakeholders involved in the initiatives.Management of agreements and contracts with CIRCE's partners.Representation of CIRCE's and its partners before European and National consortia.EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEIndustrial Engineer or technical studies are requested.Proficient in English, at least C1 level or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in innovation consultancy.Knowledge in the field of European and National R&D funding programs is mandatory.Knowledge in the field of energy and sustainability will be valuable.SKILLS & COMPETENCESSelf-starter and high level of engagement.Team player and strong communication skills.Result driven and analytical thinking.Attention to detail.Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.Pro-activity, critical viewpoint and willingness to contribute.Availability to travel.BENEFITSMulticultural Team.Remote friendly Policy.Flexible working hours.Private Health insurance.Training, Meals, Transport and Kindergarten via Flexible compensation scheme.+33 vacation labour days per year.Team Building activities.Our exceptional office is based in Zaragoza.Join a company where people come first, with an unbeatable work environment and great talent where we truly live our values.
