Eu - Senior Support Engineer - Barcelona - European Governments

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK: - Provide advanced technical support for CAD (Computer-Aided Design), ANSYS, CATIA, and MATLAB software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to software installation, configuration, and usage.
- Assist customers with software integration, customization, and optimization.
- Collaborate with software development teams to escalate and resolve software bugs and issues.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert for CAD, ANSYS, CATIA, and MATLAB software products.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices for supported software applications.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers.
EXPERTISE REQUIRED: - Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, including ANSYS, CATIA, and MATLAB.
- Extensive experience in providing technical support for CAD software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
