Position: European Retail Buyer Location: Any Trek European Office, with Travel Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: TBD About the Role: Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking an additional Retail Buyer to join our team. This role will help develop and manage the inventory strategy for our European Retail estate, whilst working with and providing key information to all stakeholders. As part of the Retail Team, you will work alongside and partner with other teams to create short and long-term strategies, improving existing reporting and analytics capabilities. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, you will be responsible for putting in place best practices which maximize operational efficiencies and drive profitable growth for Trek retail stores. Key Accountabilities and Requirements: The Point Person for Category Planning & Inventory Buying for Trek's Owned Retail Stores in Italy & Spain. Communication: Building Strong Relationships with Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers & Store Designers. Fluency in Italian, Spanish & English. Great Reporting: Category Sales Analysis with a succinct focus on what will leverage continuous improvement for our stores. Inventory Control: Working with Stores to ensure they have the Right Inventory, in the Right Quantity to support their Sales Growth & our Inventory Targets, minimizing the in-Store Inventory Risk.
