Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Energy Management, or related fields. A minimum of 10 years' experience in photovoltaics, energy storage, or renewable energy industries, including 5+ years in executive or regional management roles in Europe. Expertise in the production, sales, and supply chain operations of photovoltaic modules, tracking systems, and energy storage solutions, with strong market insight and strategic planning skills. Proven results-driven mindset, systematic thinking, and execution capabilities to effectively achieve regional objectives. Exceptional leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams. Advanced negotiation and collaboration skills to create win-win solutions in complex stakeholder environments. Demonstrated success in regional organizational change management, with structured methodologies for implementing transformation projects. Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and management, with the flexibility to travel frequently and work abroad. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential.
