Job Description:
Is the leader of the Project Team and responsible for collaboration with assigned team in meeting client deliverables as outlined in the contract
Responsible for managing client project deliverables according to signed contracts for medium to large projects
Ensure completion of applicable project-required documents, updates, and respond timely to requests
Manage on-going customer relationships and client expectations to drive exceptional results and customer success
Escalate any appropriate issues to Senior Management to ensure quality is met and actions are monitored until resolution is agreed and met
Participate and support Quality Assurance with clients and regulatory audits, as necessary
Respond to client requests for new project initiatives; collaborate with various members of the Business Development and Product Development Team to assess the scope of work and cost estimates
Knowledgeable in Trial Interactive systems in order to appropriately support clients and recommend process improvements
Engage with clients to understand their environments (both through research and dialog), know our services and capabilities, and determine mutually beneficial opportunities to make our platform a success
Participate in the Business Development process including but not limited to RFPs, client calls or Bid Defenses as assigned. Take a proactive role in learning about clients' industry and business needs and company culture, and educating the project team
Monitor and communicate project progress internally and externally
Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ultimately produce high quality deliverables
Oversee study budget and monitor employee time against Client Budget and Statement of Work
Support in training, documentation and updates to our platform as needed
Provide Trial Interactive product support to clients and junior colleagues
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 3-year college or university
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO experience preferred)
Minimum of 3 years project management experience
Knowledge of clinical development phases and processes
Required Skills:
Superior communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and well organized, with strong problem solving capabilities
Experience with implementing technological initiatives in a collaborative environment
Experience with various technology concepts
