As a Regional Quality Director, you will be responsible for:Leading the regional QA team, with full ownership of quality process, customer quality, and quality methods.Leading through secondary reporting line the Laboratory Managers in the production units to ensure process alignment, corrective and proactive measure implementation.Planning, monitoring, executing, and optimizing all activities of the department.Being the owner of claims process in the region.Owning the quality method and quality process.Transforming QA towards a more pro-active approach and developing the quality aspects across our operation.Establishing and developing a clear roadmap with projects and initiatives which support necessary improvements and efficiencies required to achieve defined ambitions.And who you'll be?University degree in Engineering; Chemical or Materials is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in Chemical Industries, with a profound understanding of a product.Understanding of customer requirements, product use case, product composition, and production processes.Knowledge of paint and coating technologies is highly valuable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Leadership skills with a solid background in product knowledge, as well as the ability to work strategically.Strong project management and communication skills.In this role, you can be located in our office in Kgs.
