Job Summary We are looking for a Global Ethics Compliance Risk Analyst with strong data analytics skills to join our team and support our ethics and compliance program.
You will be responsible for capturing, analyzing and preparing data for management reporting; identifying trends and emerging risks; and assessing weaknesses in program controls to inform compliance and monitoring plans.
You will also be skilled in data presentation and visualization, using various tools and techniques to create clear and compelling reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you will prepare risk analysis surveys and analyze results, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our ethics and compliance culture and performance.
Key Responsibilities Collect, clean and validate data from various sources, such as internal systems, surveys, audits, investigations, and external benchmarks.
Perform data analysis using statistical and analytical methods, such as descriptive, inferential, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
Prepare data for management reporting, using data visualization tools and techniques, such as charts, graphs, tables, dashboards, and interactive reports.
Identify and communicate key findings, trends, and emerging risks from data analysis, using clear and concise language and visuals.
Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of ethics and compliance program controls, such as policies, procedures, training, communication, and monitoring.
Provide input and feedback to the ethics and compliance team on data-driven compliance and monitoring plans, initiatives, and projects.
Prepare and administer risk analysis surveys to measure and monitor the ethics and compliance culture and performance of the organization.
Analyze and interpret survey results, using quantitative and qualitative methods, such as frequency, cross-tabulation, correlation, and thematic analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations based on survey data, using best practices and benchmarks in ethics and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in ethics and compliance, risk management, or audit.
Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Strong data visualization and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling reports and dashboards for different audiences and purposes.
Knowledge of ethics and compliance principles, standards, and best practices, such as the Department of Justice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and interpret data patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
