Your expertise will contribute to the collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to regulations and industry best practices. You will assist in the generation of comprehensive reports that highlight compliance status, risks, recommendations, and improvements on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of specialized compliance monitoring programs tailored to our clients' unique regulatory landscapes.Collaborate closely with our clients' internal teams to support designing and implementing annual risk-based compliance auditing and monitoring plans.Contribute to the maintenance of detailed records of compliance monitoring activities, audit findings, corrective actions, and enhancements.Identify and assess opportunities for program improvement based on evolving industry trends and regulatory requirements.Participate in the annual risk assessment process.Collaborate with our clients' teams to ensure aligned priorities and assist in the execution of deliverables.Support in the generation of customized reports, tailored to our clients' needs, highlighting compliance status, associated risks, recommendations, and ongoing improvements.Qualifications:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and/or consulting roles within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.Demonstrated knowledge of compliance audit/monitoring programs within pharmaceutical research, development, and commercialization.An understanding of global compliance monitoring/auditing, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.Strong data analysis skills and an ability to contribute to metrics reporting.An aptitude for reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting legislation in the pharmaceutical industry.Languages:Fluent in EnglishFluent in one of the following languages: Spanish, French or Italian.
