Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions requiring Estonian language proficiency.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' language skills and cultural fit.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and job offer negotiations.

Requirements Fluent in Estonian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
