Ess715 - Italian-Speaking Team Leader

Location: Fuengirola (onsite)
The RoleA Team Leader in Sector Alarm is a hands-on professional with the ability to monitor and develop performance, coach team members to new heights, and lead by example. You will be responsible for planning and implementing daily operations and ensuring all customer communication is handled professionally following best practices. This entails ensuring the team reaches its KPIs, is motivated, and feels supported with work-related questions. As a Team Leader, you make sure your team is following agreed routines and procedures and ensure they are constantly developed. You collaborate with other internal stakeholders, generate statistics, organize and participate in meetings, and present your team.
The last, but definitely not least, part of the role contains people management, where you are responsible for your own team of around 5 agents. Everything from daily support, coaching, monthly one-to-one's, yearly assessments, etc.
