We are looking for a person to join our Automotive Laboratory, within the area of Laboratories. What you will do: Participation in projects (preparation and execution) as a member of research groups or as Principal Investigator. Providing testing and consultancy services to external and internal clients in the automotive and transport sector. Preparation and/or review of technical reports of results. Participation in internal and external audits. Identifying and proposing equipment needs: Searching for and selecting new equipment and/or accessories according to needs and possibilities. Visiting relevant clients for AIMPLAS related to the sector. Participate in dissemination activities: technical conferences, congresses, informative articles in sector bulletins and magazines, etc. Participate in training activities related to their knowledge. You have high analytical skills, organisation, strong communication and influencing skills, initiative, creativity, flexibility, customer orientation, leadership skills, self-motivated and able to independently lead, you are a team player, people oriented (cooperation and empathy). Education required: University Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar. B2 level of English, C1 highly valued. Complementary education: Master's Degree in Polymeric Materials and Composites Technologies is highly valued. Specific Master's or Doctorate in Plastic Materials, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar. Experience: Experience in the following fields: Quality control in the automotive sector. Knowledge of automotive operations and testing. Knowledge of quality management systems in the automotive sector. Experience in the preparation of R&D projects public calls for proposals will be an asset. Availability to travel occasionally. B1 driving licence.
