This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing environment, where talent is key to the success of our organization.If you are interested in leading our global talent acquisition system and joining a forward-thinking team, we look forward to receiving your application!Main Responsibilities:Lead the full selection process, from attraction to the final onboarding of international talent.Develop and optimize a digital recruitment application to make the international talent search and selection process more efficient.Enhance AIMPLAS's global employer brand to attract top talent, establishing AIMPLAS as a leading employer.Identify emerging talent sources in international markets and participate in job fairs and conferences, collaborating with organizations and centers aligned with AIMPLAS's R&D&I.Develop and implement new strategies to improve the visibility of AIMPLAS's job opportunities, organizing specific recruitment events.Design and execute pre-onboarding and onboarding programs to ensure the optimal integration and orientation of new hires, particularly international candidates.Manage the necessary procedures for obtaining visas, work permits, and NIEs for international hires, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor and immigration regulations.Participate in the preparation of European projects related to international talent management, strengthening AIMPLAS's image as an institution of excellence in programs like MSCA and ERC.Organize and coordinate technical and skill development training programs, both in-person and digital, to support the professional growth of the team.Your profileAnalytical skills, organization, planning, initiative, creativity, flexibility, adaptability to change, customer orientation, leadership skills, teamwork, and a people-oriented mindset (cooperation and empathy) are qualities we seek in any role at AIMPLAS.Requirements:Accredited university education, preferably in areas related to STEM and/or people management.Proficiency in English.Experience:Over four years of solid experience in recruitment, selection, or talent management, ideally in technology or scientific companies.Experience managing digital recruitment processes and attracting international talent.Skills in driving employer branding and improving the employee experience.Ability to coordinate and deliver technical and skills development training.We firmly believe that managing Diversity and Inclusion brings us different approaches, perspectives, and complementary viewpoints, fostering an environment where each individual can reach their full potential, contribute their best, and help us become a more innovative and sustainable company
