We are looking for QA Professionals (both experienced and junior-level) to join an offshore team supporting our client's quality assurance initiatives.
The ideal candidates will have experience or training in testing, test case creation, and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities: Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Work closely with development and business teams to understand requirements.
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle.
Provide regular progress updates to the team.
Requirements: For Experienced Candidates: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in QA/testing.
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing processes.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
For Junior Candidates: Basic understanding of testing concepts and test case design.
Some experience or training in QA processes and tools.
Familiarity with defect reporting and basic test execution.
Willingness to learn and work under guidance.
Skills (All Levels): Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in English (required).
Additional Information: Remote work from Spain or other offshore locations.
Immediate availability preferred due to project urgency.
