Location: in our offices in Madrid, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days/week in the office + 2 days/week working from home).
About the role We are looking for a Tender Specialist for the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) Tender Office Department that is in charge of the preparation and submission of Tenders, Offers, and contracts in both the Public and Private healthcare sector and is responsible for Customer's pricing management. The selected candidate will work closely with team members.
In this role, you will be responsible to: Coordinate and fully support all the Quotes and Tender processes for all Divisions.Daily monitoring of public sources and Platforms for new tender calls.Preparation of Offers and Tenders (knowledge in Spanish Offer and Tender Preparation is a must).Compose documents, monitor progression, deadlines, and submissions regarding Pricing & Tenders for all Divisions.Gather proposal documents by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.Contribute to the continuous review and development of the commercial bid development process.Pricing activities (updates Price Books, customer prices, review proposals).Administrative tasks and any other duties appropriate to the position.Support and interact with the Sales Team to understand strategy, as well as company solutions and/or services being proposed.Support and resolve issues regarding pricing, contracts, and commercial proposals.Price Discrepancies resolution.Being the point of contact for customers, internal teams, Customer Service, and other partners.Daily use of the internal and external resources to ensure that high-quality and commercial agreements are produced and submitted by the required deadlines in line with corporate objectives, procedures, and Company policies while building effective working relationships with people from other departments in the company. What we are looking for in you? At least 2 years' experience in a similar position; experience in the medical device industry is a plus.Experience in Spanish Offers and Tenders preparation and submission.Accuracy and attention to detail.High customer and process orientation.Ability to work with short deadlines.Multitasking and experience managing different CRMs and ERPs.Excellent verbal and written communication.Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Spanish (English and Portuguese are a plus).Advanced user of Microsoft Office.SAP knowledge is a plus.Service Cloud knowledge is a plus.
