We are looking for a HR professional with a few years of experience and knowledge in all the areas of HR and previous experience in the audiovisual sector or with at least an interest in being part of it.Main Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard new hires.Manage all HR processes and advise the different directors and managers on their hiring and staff-related issues.What we offer:Salary according to experience.Great work environment.Two days of remote work per week.Clear career progression path.Extensive knowledge of all the Spanish regulations.Ability to advise all the team directors on HR matters.Minimum Requirements:At least three years of experience in a similar position.Media sector experience highly desirable; a passion for it is a must.Well-organised and mature.Capable of working in a high-paced, demanding environment.Proactive and ambitious.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
