The RoleTo support the CBRE ESG & Sustainability team in business development and execution of consulting services related to ESG Strategy (i.e. Double-Materiality analysis, CSRD annual reporting, ESG DD, climate risk analysis, TCFD reporting, GRESB Reporting, CDP participation) with a medium term aim for the individual to undertake projects with minimal supervision. Anticipate and identify client needs, working with them and others to create value-adding solutions, identifying and describing CBRE ESG & Sustainability services in terms of value to the client. Conducting and documenting moderate to complex Funds and Portfolios ESG analysis, as well as researching and writing business development documents.

ResponsibilitiesExecution of consulting services related to ESG Strategy (i.e. Double-Materiality analysis, CSRD annual reporting, ESG DD, climate risk analysis, TCFD reporting, GRESB Reporting, CDP participation) from methodology definition and agreements with clients to final delivery.To identify new opportunities and prepare proposals for the ESG services, understanding client's needs and requirements and engaging with internal teams and senior management to agree on scopes and fees.Participate in pitching processes, adding and using knowledge of market trends/conditions and of CBRE's competitors, to identify and communicate the firm's unique selling propositions and differentiators.To track client intelligence via the maintenance of various internal databases.Participate in any national or international ESG project that is required, independently that the job is or not to be developed in Madrid.Assist to all internal meetings that are required.Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's resources and capabilities across EMEA and globally.Key RequirementsUniversity Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate. Other degrees could be considered.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and present with confidence, self-belief, and impact; influence others verbally and in writing.3-6 years' experience preferably in ESG in Real Estate. Alternatively experience in the Sustainability Consultancy sector can be considered.Well-developed IT skills, with specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish. Others like Catalan and French can be appreciated.Requires strong analytical and numerical skills. Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex regulations, policies and corporate governance documents.Commercial skills, good communication abilities required.Strong organisation skills.
