This role is pivotal in orchestrating the design of our sustainability digital ecosystem with a comprehensive end-to-end approach, ensuring alignment with our sustainability ambitions. You will work in collaboration with internal stakeholders (ESG & IT teams) and Nespresso's coffee sourcing partners, to secure optimal delivery and maximized business value. As well, you will drive transformative projects and act as an agent of change, contributing to foster a culture of sustainability across Nespresso HQ and field teams. This position requires strong leadership, excellence to operate and a commitment to advancing Nespresso's sustainability initiatives.In This Role, You Will:Establish the digitalization strategic ambitions within the overall coffee strategy.Design the architecture and IT solutions for effective data management, ensuring alignment with the digital ecosystem supported by Nestlé IT teams.Develop performance indicators with ESG teams, together with the engagement strategy for the deployment of tools among internal and external stakeholders.Actively scout for new initiatives and nurture the pipeline of projects for field data collection and automated claim verification.Test and learn fast from innovative solutions to improve transparency and deliver operational efficiencies – and prepare the ground for potential scale-up.Be Nespresso representative in Digital committees within Nestlé and advocate for Nespresso's digitalization journey across the organisation.What We're Looking For:Excellence in program and project management, delivering within time, quality and budget.Ability to manage complexity in an international and cross functional environment.Experience of dealing with customer queries and/or complaints within strict deadlines.Adept at producing accurate, clear documentation to meet business requirements, including guidelines & procedures.Be customer and problem-solving oriented: sound business judgment, attention to details, pragmatic, resourceful, with good inter-personal and team skills.Strong communication skills in English.Extra Skills That Set You Apart:Experience in ESG or Coffee industry.Specialisation in CSR.Communication skills in French, Spanish, or Portuguese could be a plus.We offer you:Great benefits including competitive salary and a comprehensive social benefits package.
