Esg Reporting Manager

The OpportunityBe responsible for managing, evaluating, and strategically involving the development of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reports within the company. Possibility to bring high value as a reporting specialist.What you'll get to doCreate and manage a cross-functional taskforce that shares the responsibility of coordinating the development of corporate reports.Collaborate with various departments such as finance, sustainability, human resources, compliance, operations, and communications to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and cohesive corporate reporting.Utilize advanced integrated reporting platforms to enhance the automation of the reporting process, introducing more KPIs and reducing the manual effort required.Ensure that reports comply with all new and existing regulatory requirements.Provide strategic advice on data collection and reporting processes.We'd love to meet you if you haveMore than 5 years of previous experience in managing ESG reports or a similar role.Knowledge in sustainability, financial and compliance reporting.Knowledge of ESG regulations and standards.Excellent advising skills.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments (cross collaboration taskforce).Experience with integrated reporting platforms such as Workiva.A few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.A range of learning and development opportunities.An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow.A competitive compensation & benefits package.
