What you will do
Participating in the preparation of HORSE's Annual Report: collecting and monitoring non-financial information to comply with Law 11/2018 using GRI and SASB indicators, and preparing for CSRD reporting; supporting the drafting of report contents and chapters.
Assisting in the verification process of non-financial information by third parties.
Supporting the implementation of the company's reporting tool: defining the reporting structure, identifying contributors of qualitative and non-qualitative information, preparing for new European reporting requirements (CSRD), and designing indicator tracking dashboards.
Conducting the annual update of the double materiality study.
Supporting the finance department in linking financing to ESG objectives and preparing sustainable financing frameworks.
Preparing annual alignment and eligibility reports according to the EU Taxonomy.
Preparing questionnaires for ESG rating agencies such as S&P, Sustainalytics, MSCI, Vigeo, and CDP, and conducting gap analyses to improve scores.
Supporting responses to other external questionnaires such as Ecovadis, SAQ, or Global Compact CoP.
What we are looking for
Experience working in the corporate department of a multinational automotive company.
Hands-on learning about the latest ESG reporting requirements.
Participation in the implementation of leading sustainability reporting tools.
Knowledge of the link between reporting and the ESG strategy and governance of a large company.
Ability to interact with various departments involved in the preparation of the company's non-financial report.
Preferably a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
A postgraduate degree in Sustainability or Environment is recommended.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a consultancy firm advising companies on the functions described above.
A team player with good communication skills, flexibility, and a keen interest in sustainability.
A profile eager to learn and contribute in an international environment.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
