About the Team The Content team focuses on developing our content marketing strategy to reach a diverse audience, showing them a variety of interesting, attractive, and personalized content.
This is key to how we grow our user base and continue to make TikTok fun and exciting!
Our team focuses on designing, producing, presenting, evaluating, and analyzing our content.
This helps us personalize and tailor our content to attract and increase interest in our platform.

About the Role We're interested in individuals who want to focus on a) content development & editorial, b) content ecosystem understanding, trend research, and/or both!

Develop effective content campaigns from end to end: planning, launching, measurement. Plan and execute an effective content strategy for different features or verticals. Assist colleagues with TikTok app content development under established operation guidelines. Research trends and user content consumption - provide insights to the wider team, report on metric development. Support with the execution of global campaigns - manage asset implementation, write copy, schedule promotional levers. Work with cross-functional partners to support and increase our platform users. Help internal and XFN teams advise organizations, creators, and brands with their in-app content. Support team projects, sub-team, and vertical priorities. Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience in a Content Strategy / Editorial / Social Media (similar) role. Passionate about content development and strategy and have an interest in platform content creation and understanding. Excellent written and communication skills in Spanish; fluent both written and spoken in English. Ability to lead in a collaborative environment. Understanding of content and streaming platforms ecosystem, creator industry, and knowledge of major products as a consumer. Understanding of the business model of the product and company. Deep understanding or previous experience working within Entertainment and/or Lifestyle industries. Understanding of project tasks, with independent judgment on basic issues.
