The position We are looking for a Talent Acquisition for our ES team to help us grow the team and reach our goals. You will execute recruitment functions, working directly with the Talent Managers, in which you will own the responsibility for the internal talent acquisition of different roles for joining our Jobandtalent team globally.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Hiring Managers to develop effective job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualifications for individual roles, as well as define the target candidate profile and screening processSource candidates and review applicants for junior and mid-level positions with Jobandtalent's internal team Manage the complete screening process, from the first HR interview through the hiring decision, working closely with hiring managers across Jobandtalent's teams to coordinate interviews, evaluate assessments and drive decisionsPerform competences interviews with candidatesConduct reference and background checksMake offers to successful candidates and coordinate the onboarding of new hiresProvide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree1-2 years of experience in a headhunting or recruiting rolePrevious experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality when necessaryBe self-motivated and have a desire to learn quickly, multi-task, being able to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a very fast-paced environmentExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter Nice to haveMasters degree Experience in a start-up or high-growth companyExperience in Tech companyExperience with ATS system What we offerChance to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing start-up companies in Europe, currently expanding aggressively into the US marketDevelop your career working in a super exciting environment, with an international and multidisciplinary teamAttractive compensation and benefits package
