About the job Currently we are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As Ecommerce Manager, you will be tasked with:Taking part in the definition of the overall digital sales strategy.Working hand in hand with the marketing team to drive organic traffic and develop sales.Constantly optimizing online stores to maximize conversion rates and performance.Overall management of brand websites in Spain and Italy, Amazon, and other local 3rd party E-Commerce platform stores, including planning, daily operations, advertising, and promotions.Setting up SEO to increase the online presence of our website.Setting up digital marketing and sales campaigns through Google, Facebook, and other mediums.Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed.Following the global strategy to position the brand as a top e-bike player in local countries.Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecasts.Furthermore, you should have:5 years of working experience in E-Commerce, sales, consumer goods, or marketing.Experience working with an international brand.Fluency in English and Italian.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Google, Facebook, and other internet tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
