To achieve this, we're on an exciting transformation journey; implementing proprietary tech solutions to delight our candidates, building sophisticated data models to inform decisions and execute with precision, and optimizing our operating model for efficiency.As the connector between an allocated external vendor(s) and the business, the Agency Manager will be accountable for the performance management of an allocated third party staffing agency(ies) across Spain, owning the tactical and strategic relationship to deliver our goals. You will partner with allocated staffing agency leaders, WFS Business Management and senior stakeholders in OpsPXT to deliver effective vendor supplied services.Key job responsibilitiesOwn the relationship with an allocated third-party staffing agency(ies) for the purpose of performance monitoring and hold the vendor to account for delivery against a set of pre-agreed contractual metrics.Partnering with, advising and supporting the staffing agency, using functional expertise, to remove blockers that impact agency performance.Support Agency Risk team (for hiring) and OpsPXT partners (for post hire) to address repeated agency underperformance or escalations in partnership with Business Management team.Conduct in-depth formal reviews and audits with staffing agencies to inspect readiness for event days, peak and launch hiring and monitor agency completion of required actions in a timely manner.Lead and contribute to cross-business line and Country proposals for tactical initiatives that aid in improving temporary labour hiring outcomes with awareness of both the business' and third-party staffing agency's considerations.Represent staffing agency requirements and considerations in cross functional strategic programs at territory and/or country level including but not limited to; technology, product, policy or process changes.Support with cross functional transformation programs to define territory level strategies with regards to third party staffing agency usage.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree or equivalent.Experience in volume staffing, capacity planning, operations, or an associated function.Vendor management experience across large geographical region.Highly numerate, with strong analytical/Excel skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters degree or equivalent.Previous experience partnering with senior, cross functional stakeholders to determine the right goals, inform decisions and design long-term solutions.Experiencing managing a commercial multi-site master vendor contingency agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model.Able to deliver independently, and take the lead on tactical and strategic initiatives.Strong business acumen with good judgement. Able to evaluate and make trade-offs short vs. long-term needs.Handle complex problems/efforts, decisions and escalations.Skilled mediator, able to balance conflicting priorities and finds a path forward in difficult situations.Knowledge and understanding of internal and external metrics, drivers and focus areas for the business and organisation.Comfortable using data and evidence to convey ideas and recommendations on complex topics that scale across regions.Adaptable and flexible to respond to the changing needs of the business while maintaining velocity.An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.Comfortable with high volume workload.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
