The position As an Account Specialist, you will learn to manage large key client accounts from recruitment and onboarding of employees to monitoring and resolving any incidents that may occur. You will be the point person for both the client and the employees and you will learn how to ensure efficiency and agility in the processes. Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment processes for different clients to respond in the most appropriate way to their needs. Onboarding of new recruits. Resolution of incidents for workers (telephone attention, follow-up of absences, doubts with contracts or payrolls and promotion of benefits for workers). Responding to customer needs and ensuring quality service. Administrative tasks associated with the position: monitoring and control of workers' hours, analysis of employee turnover and departures and reporting, both internally and to the client. A successful candidate will have Studies in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources. Knowledge of labour legislation, collective agreements, etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
