MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling reservation inquiries, making bookings, modifying existing reservations, and managing room availability
Performing various front desk tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and issuing room keys
Assigning rooms to guests based on their preferences, room availability, and special requests
Ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings by following established security procedures
Participating in training programs and workshops to develop skills in areas such as guest service, communication, and problem-solving
Other related front office management trainee duties
