Daily responsibilities include:Daily work with the organization's HR platforms, Workday Human Capital Management and SAP HR.Daily contact with employees to assist with HR-related queries.Periodic sending of incidents to payrolls such as international travel allowances.Payment of invoices to vendors and creation of employee Workshops in English and Spanish.Analysis and control of absenteeism and headcount fluctuations.Minimum Requirements:University studies in Business Administration or related fields.Analytical and critical-thinking skills.Motivation for the Human Resources and Supporting Function area.High English level (B2/C1).Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Knowledge of Workday.
